Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of fine art prints and that they are made to order, returns or exchanges are not allowed.
Image colours displayed on a screen can differ from how they will appear on actual paper, the appearance is altered by the bright light of the screen and the device's unique display settings. Colours may come across more or less intense than they are, tones may look warmer or cooler, lighter or darker etc.
If colour is a big concern, please feel free to get in touch before purchasing and I will do my best to describe the colours in more detail and provide other photos if possible. It's worth having a look at the art on other screens to see if any major variance in colour might be an issue.
If you would like a better idea of how the art will look in your home, please get in touch to request a free photo mockup featuring the art in your space, simply email a photo of the room. You may also send photos of any decor you are looking to coordinate to see if the artwork will be a good match.
Shipping is currently available within USA only (48 contiguous states).
For customers in Canada, Australia, Europe or the UK, please get in touch to request a shipping quote to these locations.
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your art print to be delivered, this includes production time which can take 3-7 business days.
A tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex Ground delivery.
Please note, your delivery may be left at your door or mailbox. If you would like signed shipping instead please get in touch at email@example.com.
Art prints are shipped rolled, smaller sizes may be flat packed. Please use care when unrolling and handling your art print. The print will flatten by weighing the corners down on a clean, flat surface.
Although rare, damages during transit can occur. Please inspect your order upon delivery and get in touch to report any damages within 24 hours. Please take a photo of the damaged print as well as the packaging. Make sure to keep all of the packaging materials.
If a tracking number states that a package has been delivered, I have to assume that this is true. Please be sure to check if your package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor and contact the courier company linked to your tracking number.
Unfortunately, in the case of theft, a replacement order cannot be sent. I apologize if a theft took place and sincerely hope that the package turns up.
