Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of fine art prints and that they are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted but please get in touch if there are any issues with your order.

If you would like to have a better idea of how the art will look in your home or have any questions about sizes or color accuracy, please get in touch to discuss before purchasing. I am happy to provide a photo mockup of the artwork in your space and discuss any color concerns.

Shipping 
Shipping is currently available within the USA and most of Europe.
Production time is 5 - 8 business days, a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery, this includes production time. 

Please be aware, your delivery may be left at your door or mailbox. If you would like signed shipping instead please get in touch.

Damages/Incorrect Print
Although very rare, sometimes errors or damages can occur. 
Please inspect your package and print upon delivery and get in touch as soon as possible to report any damages/errors, a photo of the incorrect or damaged item will be required. Please keep the original packaging materials, you will be contacted with further instructions to replace your print.

Stolen/Missing Deliveries
Please request signed shipping before placing an order if package theft is a concern.
If a tracking number states that a package has been delivered, I have to assume that this is true. Please contact the courier company linked to your tracking number as soon as possible to report a missing package.
Unfortunately, in the case of theft, a replacement order cannot be sent. 

Packaging
Art prints are shipped rolled in a box or tube, smaller sizes may be flat packed. Please use care when unrolling and handling your art print.
